How quickly will I hear back?

Quote requests come straight through to us and we reply as soon as we can. If it's urgent, calling or WhatsApp is faster than the form.

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

Requests inside normal hours are scheduled as requested. Same-day bookings, after-hours times, pickup and delivery, and fleet work all come through as pending so we can confirm them with you personally.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No. There's no online payment or deposit. You pay after the job is finished by cash, bank transfer, card / eftpos, payid.

What happens to my photos?

Photos are stored privately and used only to quote your job. They're not published anywhere without your permission.
